First Visit

When you arrive at Mold Physiotherapy Clinic please enter the reception area and take a seat until your therapist is free. It would be helpful, although not essential, if you could bring with you any relevant medical information such as scan reports, x-ray reports, details of any previous surgery etc.

Please be aware that you may be required to partly undress to allow an effective assessment to be carried out. You are asked to wear appropriate undergarments and invited to bring shorts or a vest top if this would make you feel more comfortable.

Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an appropriate adult.

You do not need to be referred by a GP to attend Mold Physiotherapy if you are self paying. However, those clients wishing to claim on Private Health Schemes should note that Insurance Companies do require a GP referral prior to the commencement of treatment.
