We request that you pay for your treatment at the end of each session. That way we all know where we are up to and your account will not get unmanageable. We are happy to accept cash or cheque, and we apologise as we do not have the facility to accept debit or credit card payments.

Insured Customers

Treatment at the Clinic is recognised by all the major insurance companies such as BUPA, AXA PPP, Norwich Union et.c

The cost of physiotherapy treatment is therefore eligible for re-imbursement subject to the terms and conditions of your insurance policy.

To make the administrative process hassle free we bill insurance companies directly for the cost of your treatment.

To enable us to invoice your insurance company directly, we ask that you have the following information to hand and available to us:

  • Name of the Medical Insurance Company
  • Membership/ Policy Reference Number
  • Pre- Authorisation Number

It is always advisable to consult your Insurance Company as to the conditions and level of your cover
At the end of a course of treatment, upon request, we can provide you with a detailed breakdown of all your sessions.

Notice of Cancellation

Standard practice is to charge for missed appointments or non-attendance unless 24 hours notice is given.
